Payments
Subscriptions processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Refund policy
Contact rivdrop.support@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase if you have not actively used the service. Refunds handled case by case.
Plan changes
Email rivdrop.support@gmail.com to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. We handle this manually and respond within 24 hours.
Acceptable use
Use RivDrop only to track publicly accessible Shopify stores. Do not attempt to access private, restricted, or non-public store data.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
